Thank you First Wave Students for partnering with us in prayer. When you come to the church during the vigil, there will be four prayer stations. You can move around to those or just be still and enjoy a quiet time with God.
16 Admit your faults to one another and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous man has great power and wonderful results. 17 Elijah was as completely human as we are, and yet when he prayed earnestly that no rain would fall, none fell for the next three and a half years! 18 Then he prayed again, this time that it would rain, and down it poured, and the grass turned green and the gardens began to grow again." James 5:16-18
Well done! I saw them at 2 in the afternoon the day they were finishing and they were in such great spirits! What wonderful leadership they had…Go Josh!

First Baptist Church is one church that exists on two campuses. Our roots in Mt. Pleasant stretch back nearly 100 years, but we recognize our greatest years are those God has planned for our future.
Whether you regularly attend our campus on McCants Drive in the Old Village, or our LifePark campus on the north end of Mt. Pleasant near the entrance to Park West we pray you will find a community of people who authentically Connect to God through Worship and one another through Fellowship, who are Growing as disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ, and who are Serving both inside the Church and in the community.
